It’s 11.30am and my colleagues and I figured we’d have an early lunch to avoid the crazy lunch time crowd in NTU’s canteen B. Alas, I guess other people had the same idea so it was pretty crowded anyway.

BUT nothing could have made lunch better than this! A paper thosai with pumpkin and beetroot as sides… Yummmmm! Mondays have never tasted so good 🙂

PS: this post was done on a smartphone… Not too bad eh?
